Question 1 - Select one Module from two of these Curriculum Guides that aligns with your current curriculum. Respond - How will these Modules complement one of the units that you will teach?
Question 2 - This training program includes supplies and compensation for participants to lead a required 6-hour training workshop for your colleagues. How will you engage your participants in the labs and activities?
2. PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION Please provide a copy of your current certification(s). If your current school does not require a teaching certificate, please email isabelle.howes@graduateschool.edu an explanation in lieu of the certificate.
Your Certification should be named: First Name-Last Name-Certification-2022-App. Files should be in Microsoft Word Doc Format, Adobe PDF (.doc or .pdf) or as an image (.jpg .png or .jpeg) and less than 5MB
3. Principal’s LETTER OF SUPPORT AND RECOMMENDATION Your Principal/Supervisor's recommendation and willingness to support your participation in this program is required. His/her letter should support your implementation of the curriculum in your classroom, as well as your presenting a Train-the-Trainer workshop (based on the curriculum) for your colleagues within a year of participation in the summer program.

Applications are reviewed by a team of educators who will select participants based on professional qualifications and responses to application questions.
This application and letter of support & recommendation must be received no later than 11:59 pm (EDT) May 27, 2022.
Applicants will be notified of decisions via email on or before June 6, 2022.
